Job summary

Toyo Tires is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team. The role focuses on building capabilities, delivering coaching, and creating accountable processes that improve reliability across the plant.

The successful candidate will drive preventive and predictive maintenance, manage work orders, schedule technicians, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while fostering safety, teamwork, and ownership.
