Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience in manufacturing or maintenance.
• Alternate: High School diploma with 6+ years of specific experience in maintenance.
• Certification in electrical trades is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects and short- and long-term strategic initiatives and provide hands‑on technical support to resolve the plant’s issues.
• Ensure sustained performance improvements, reduced downtime, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including root cause and breakdown analysis.
• Ensure equipment uptime and GMP compliance and safety standards.
• Manage CMMS for planning, scheduling, and documenting work orders.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and P&ID.
