Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to oversee predictive, preventive, and scheduled maintenance of plant machinery. You will develop PM strategies with OEMs and implement CMMS-enabled work orders, improving uptime and efficiency across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4–6+ years of related experience.
• Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support management of predictive, preventive, scheduled corrective and refurbishment of machinery to maintain operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Develop and optimize PM strategies with OEMs.
• Develop digital Job Cards to support inspections and work orders via CMMS.
• Support implementation of predictive maintenance tools (vibration, oil, thermography, ultrasound).
• Assist in lubrication strategy development and standards.
• Support color-coded lubrication labeling implementation.
• Other projects as assigned.
