Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead predictive and preventive maintenance programs for our facilities. You will develop PM strategies with OEM partners, create digital job cards in CMMS, and assist in lubrication and labeling standards to maximize equipment reliability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 4–6+ years of related experience, and a Master’s degree is preferred. This position offers full-time hours and competitive benefits in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6+ years of related experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred, adds value on complex maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

• Support management of predictive, preventive, scheduled corrective and refurbishment of machinery to maintain operations and reduce downtime.
• Develop and optimize Preventive Maintenance strategies with OEMs.
• Create digital Job Cards to support inspections and work orders via CMMS.
• Support plant champions with predictive tools like vibration and thermography.
• Assist in lubrication strategy development and implementation.
• Support color-coded lubrication labeling system at point of use.
