Global Cellulose Fibers in New Bern, NC is seeking a Reliability Front Line Leader to oversee safe, efficient operation of the PPM group, drive team performance, engagement, and manufacturing results across shifts.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and development of team members; development of weekly maintenance schedules; ensuring repairs are completed to high standards; and maintaining a proactive safety culture with clear communication to mill leadership.

Qualifications

• Reliability (Lubrication and Vibration) experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership ability in a manufacturing environment, including safety practices.
• Commitment to injury-free work environment through leadership and role modeling safety.
• High level of integrity, energy, and leadership ability.
• Proven ability to lead and continuously improve team performance to achieve world class productivity.
• Effective oral and written communications skills with feedback and coaching.
• Strong computer skills required.

Responsibilities
