Qualifications

• Full-time student enrolled in an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
• Completed 30+ credit hours by spring 2027

• Preferred majors: Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Basic experience reading mechanical/electrical prints

Responsibilities

• Learn to navigate CMMS and drawing systems to improve inventory management and asset reliability
• Develop a process for a Reliability Challenge project
• Create a tool for SMEs to identify risk areas before downtime
• Design a simple, user-friendly process for consistent use
• Ensure the project captures downtime risks and improvement opportunities
• Incorporate LOTOTO enhancements for each asset
