Job summary

Stfrancis seeks an intern to gain hands-on maintenance reliability experience in a real-world setting. You will learn to navigate CMMS and drawings, supporting inventory management and reliability of critical assets during a focused Reliability Challenge project.

The role offers practical training, housing options if eligible, 24/7 Wellness Center access, a casual work environment, development workshops, and networking opportunities with leadership and early-career colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
• Completed 30+ credit hours by end of spring 2027 semester.
• Full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university.
• Preferred majors: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic experience in mechanical and/or electrical print reading.
