Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a Reliability Execution Lead to ensure the reliable operation of all manufacturing lines. You will oversee preventive/predictive maintenance, drive uptime, and plan maintenance days, overhauls, and rebuilds while contributing to cost efficiency and safety across the site.

The role leads a facility-based team, builds technical capability, and collaborates with maintenance technicians and line leads to drive improvements and asset reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations or maintenance experience
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Mechanical equipment maintenance experience required
• Understanding of PLC programming preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Indefinite right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Schedule: First shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with on-call responsibilities as needed
• Own preventive and predictive maintenance, down‑day planning, overhauls, and rebuild execution
• Use diagnostic tools (vibration analysis, oil analysis, etc.) to identify issues and prevent failures
• Lead root‑cause analysis to eliminate repeat failures
• Implement reliability strategies that improve equipment performance
• Ensure production equipment is operated correctly and provide coaching to manufacturing teams
