Job summary

Daisy Brand is seeking a Reliability Engineering Manager to lead a team of reliability engineers across plant and company-wide initiatives. You will drive uptime improvements, reduce maintenance costs, and advance data-driven CI programs in collaboration with plant leadership and maintenance teams.

Qualifications include 10+ years in reliability engineering, 5+ years in management, and certifications like LSSBB/LSSGB, CMRP, CRE. Strong DoE, FMEA, and PdM skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Reliability Engineering.
• 10+ years in reliability engineering, industrial maintenance, and project engineering with CI focus.
• 5+ years in maintenance/engineering management leading teams.
• 5+ years in industrial controls programming (Allen Bradley/Rockwell preferred).
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black/Gold Belt (LSSBB/LSSGB).
• CMRP and CRE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain CI programs.
• Develop reliability plans to increase uptime and reduce maintenance costs.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to share best practices.
• Conduct root cause analysis and failure investigations.
• Maintain preventive maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Oversee projects from scope to closeout with sustainability measurement.
• Develop and track equipment reliability metrics and reporting.
• Provide technical expertise to resolve reliability issues.
• Drive continuous improvement with plant leadership.
