Responsibilities

• Serve as the reliability leader within the organization, mentoring and coaching junior engineers and technicians on best practices in equipment reliability and mechanical integrity.
• Lead reliability improvement teams and collaborate across Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to address equipment issues and improve plant reliability.
• Use FMEA and RCA to analyze maintenance data trends and implement corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of reliability and continuous improvement through proactive leadership and cross‑department collaboration.
• Develop, implement, and maintain maintenance strategies and mechanical integrity plans for plant equipment, including pressure vessels, piping, and rotating equipment.
• Oversee CMMS data integrity to support preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance processes.
• Lead predictive maintenance technologies and non-destructive testing to minimize downtime and ensure asset integrity.
• Develop Power BI dashboards to visualize reliability data and enable data-driven decisions.
