Daisy Brand is seeking a Reliability Engineering Manager to lead a team of reliability engineers across plant and company-wide initiatives. You will drive uptime improvements, reduce maintenance costs, and advance data-driven CI programs in collaboration with plant leadership and maintenance teams.
Qualifications include 10+ years in reliability engineering, 5+ years in management, and certifications like LSSBB/LSSGB, CMRP, CRE. Strong DoE, FMEA, and PdM skills are preferred.
The Reliability Engineering Manager will lead a team of reliability engineers in the development and implementation of reliability improvement initiatives to drive equipment uptime and reduce maintenance costs. This role is responsible for improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness of the company's machines, processes, and facilities through the application of proven reliability methodologies and data analytics. The Reliability Engineering Manager leads both plant and company-wide continuous improvement efforts through collaboration with plant and department leadership, plant floor personnel, and the Maintenance and Engineering departments. The Reliability Engineering Manager will develop and maintain a data driven continuous improvement methodology prioritizing projects based on their expected impact/improvement of the plant’s processes. This position reports directly to the Plant Engineering Manager and works in tandem with the Utilities Manager, Wastewater Manager, and Maintenance Manager/s to maintain all Daisy Brand facility assets. All work directed by the Reliability Engineering Manager will ensure compliance with food quality, food safety and OSHA safety regulations.
