• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field required.
• 5+ years leading IT infrastructure teams in a complex enterprise.
• Experience defining and executing infrastructure strategy, not just supporting it.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of infrastructure professionals.
• Own the infrastructure strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee design, implementation, and ongoing support of network, server, and cloud infrastructure.
• Champion IT Service Management best practices (incident, problem, change).
• Participate in major implementations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT and business leadership to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Act as escalation point for complex incidents and root-cause analyses.
• Drive continuous improvement in reliability, security, monitoring, and service delivery.
• Manage infrastructure budgets, vendor relationships, and licensing.
