Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Reliability Engineering Intern for the summer of 2026 in Winston-Salem, NC. You will work with operations and maintenance to learn processes, support maintenance systems, and help drive PM optimization and root-cause analysis for equipment reliability.

Ideal candidates are pursuing Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degrees with a minimum 3.0 GPA, able to work full-time during the summer, and eager to learn about sensors, AI and condition-based monitoring in

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 preferred for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand manufacturing, corn wet milling and refining processes.
• Support reliability program through maintenance and condition monitoring.
• Assist in root cause analysis and PM optimization.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance.
