Ingredion is hiring a Reliability Engineering co-op in Indianapolis, IN for May–December 2027. You will learn manufacturing, corn wet milling, reliability, and new technologies while contributing to equipment strategies and PM optimization.

Join a team that values initiative, data analytics, and hands-on learning. You’ll work with operations, maintenance, and SAP systems to improve equipment performance and implement condition-based monitoring with sensors and AI.

Qualifications

• Pursuing engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical preferred, Chemical considered) with GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher
• Willing to learn manufacturing processes and reliability tools
• Interest in sensors and AI in maintenance

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the processes with operations and maintenance
• Develop criticality-based equipment strategies and PM routes
• Evaluate and optimize PM and condition monitoring
• Support root cause analysis of bad actor equipment
