Job summary

Ingredion is seeking a Reliability Engineering co-op in Indianapolis for May to December 2027. You will work with operations and maintenance to learn processes, develop maintenance strategies, and support root cause analysis while applying new technologies in condition monitoring and sensors.

The role requires progress toward a mechanical or electrical engineering degree with a minimum GPA, 40-hour weekly availability during summer term, and a proactive, data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in engineering with solid academic performance.
• Willingness to learn equipment and reliability processes.
• Ability to work 40 hrs per week during the internship term.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
