Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Reliability Engineer Co-Op to support maintenance planning and asset reliability at the Worcester, MA site. You will work with cross-functional teams to utilize CMMS, perform predictive maintenance assessments, and help develop maintenance strategies for critical assets.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering and operations, exposure to Maximo, SAP, and SharePoint, and requires in-person commitment for six months.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Must remain enrolled for at least one semester after the co-op.
• Commit to a 6-month in-person program at AbbVie Bioresearch Center (ABC) in Worcester, MA (July - December).

Responsibilities

• Utilize CMMS to direct the strategy and execution of facility systems and maintenance.
• Support asset reliability programs and related projects.
• Apply predictive maintenance tools such as ultrasound and vibration analysis.
• Assist with site reliability, maintenance strategies, and critical spare parts.
• Collaborate with Project Engineering, Controls Engineering, Site Operations, and Maintenance.
