AbbVie invites undergraduates to join the 2027 Validation Engineering Co-Op (Jan–July) in Worcester, MA. This in-person 6‑month internship provides exposure to plant validation, cgmp, and collaboration with QA Validation, engineering, and QC teams.

You will draft and execute validation plans and protocols, assist with installations and decommissioning, and help investigate validation failures. Preferred candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s in Chemical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering and

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in university pursuing a Bachelor's in Chemical, Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Must be enrolled in university for at least one semester following the co-op.
• Organization, attention to detail, communication, self-starter tendencies and time management are essential.
• Experience using Microsoft Office apps especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Execute tasks to implement the Validation Master Plan.
• Collaborate with external engineering and QC on installations and decommissioning.
• Draft and execute validation plans and protocols per cGMP.
• Investigate validation failures and document thoroughly.
• Commit to a 6-month in-person duration at AbbVie Bioresearch Center in Worcester, MA (Jan–July).
