AbbVie Inc. in Worcester, MA, is seeking an undergraduate Mechanical Reliability Co-Op for July–December. The role is on-site and pays USD 23.1–41.6 per hour, focusing on maintenance strategy, predictive maintenance, and asset reliability.

You will work with CMMS, SAP, and SharePoint, supporting site reliability programs and collaborating with engineering and operations to improve asset performance and spare-parts planning.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Must be enrolled for at least one semester after the co-op.
• Must commit to a 6-month in-person co-op at AbbVie Bioresearch Center in Worcester, MA (July–December).

Responsabilidades

• Utilize CMMS to direct maintenance strategy and execution of facility systems, predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Support development, execution, and maintenance of site reliability programs and projects.
• Apply reliability tools such as Life-Cycle costing, Pareto, and Root Cause Failure Analysis.
• Assist in asset maintenance planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
