Job summary

AbbVie in Worcester, MA is seeking a Reliability Engineer Co-Op to gain hands-on experience across the site’s maintenance and reliability programs. You will work with cross-functional teams to direct maintenance strategy using CMMS and to support asset criticality and spare parts planning.

Responsibilities include applying predictive maintenance techniques and collaborating with engineering, site operations, and management to advance the reliability program.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in university and pursuing a bachelor's degree in a engineering field.
• Commit to a 6-month in-person co-op at AbbVie Bioresearch Center (ABC) in Worcester, MA.
• Expected graduation date between Dec 2027 – Jun 2028.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CMMS to direct strategy and execution of facility maintenance.
• Assist development and maintenance of site reliability program and projects.
• Support reliability and engineering tools like Life-Cycle costing, Pareto, RCA.
• Apply predictive maintenance technologies such as Ultrasound and Vibration analysis.
• Collaborate with maintenance, inventory, project engineering, and site operations to support asset maintenance and spare parts strategy.
