Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. seeks a Reliability Engineer to identify and resolve chronic mechanical asset concerns, and to develop and execute capital projects for reliability improvements.

You will also lead TPM and work closely with maintenance and operations to maximize equipment uptime. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and hands-on maintenance/reliability experience in an industrial setting, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required, hands-on maintenance and reliability preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance/reliability experience in an industrial manufacturing environment (degree not required).
• Excellent communication, team interaction, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with computers and standard software packages (MS Office, E‑Mail).
• Experience with compressors, hydraulics, control valves, pumps, heat exchangers, water loop systems, chillers and cooling towers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve chronic mechanical asset concerns.
• Develop and execute capital projects for reliability improvements.
• Assist in resolution planning for long-term reliability threats.
• Assess equipment performance data and lead reliability optimization efforts.
• Lead productivity projects to improve production efficiencies using new technologies.
• Coordinate multiple projects with contractors for safe, timely execution.
• Maximize equipment uptime by working with maintenance and operations leadership.
