• Experience in industrial manufacturing reliability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve chronic mechanical asset concerns.
• Develop and execute capital projects for reliability improvements.
• Lead resolution of high-impact issues with urgency and integrity.
• Coordinate multiple projects with contractors for safe, timely execution.
• Lead plant TPM program and improve equipment uptime.
