Hydro Extrusions is seeking a Reliability Engineer to oversee the reliability, maintainability, and performance of equipment, processes, utilities, and safety systems in a 24/7 manufacturing setting. You will lead preventive/predictive maintenance initiatives, drive continuous reliability improvements, and support TPM efforts to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of reliability engineering experience in manufacturing,
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- At least 5 years of reliability engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
Aufgaben
- Develop and refine preventive/predictive maintenance programs; coordinate with equipment custodians and maintenance management.
- Coordinate PM/PdM services with planners and schedulers; ensure inspections are performed when due.
- Maintain and analyze data, records, and equipment histories to optimize PM/PdM frequencies.
- Develop engineering solutions for repetitive failures and refine PM/PdM through data analysis and reviews.
- Specify repair techniques for major tasks; ensure training of responsible personnel.
- Review PM/PdM procedures with operation superintendents to secure owner approval.
- Analyze planned idle time to improve PM/PdM schedules.
- Compare PM/PdM frequencies with downtime data to optimize maintenance economically.
