You will analyze degradation mechanisms, apply statistics to identify risks, and collaborate with device engineers, process technologists, product designers, and manufacturing teams to ensure field‑ready, long‑life performance.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Experience with advanced packaging, interposer and heterogeneous integration technologies.
• Ability to perform reliability qualification plans and accelerated stress testing.
• Strong knowledge of degradation mechanisms and lifetime prediction.
• Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and root-cause investigations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute reliability qualification strategies for advanced packaging, heterogeneous integration, interposer technologies, and high-performance interconnect solutions.
• Evaluate emerging packaging and integration technologies for reliability requirements.
• Investigate degradation mechanisms and develop qualification methodologies to predict field performance.
• Apply statistical and data analysis methods to identify reliability risks and guide development decisions.
• Build and expand reliability characterization infrastructure to support growth in capability and test capacity.
• Collaborate with technology development, product engineering, manufacturing, and supply-chain teams to translate data into action.
• Communicate results to stakeholders and influence roadmaps and qualification decisions.
