Job summary

Mars is seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead maintenance strategy development and drive reliability improvements for packaging and processing equipment. You will coach technicians and apply predictive tools like vibration, thermography, and ultrasound to reduce downtime.

The role requires strong data analysis, project management, and leadership capabilities to deliver results within budget. Excellent communication and Microsoft Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Solid track record with high-speed packaging and high-volume processing equipment management.
• Experience using data to root cause complex problems.
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance tools (vibration, ultrasound, thermography).
• Strong leadership and multi-project management within budget.
• Excellent communication and proficiency with Microsoft products.
• CMRP or CRE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine maintenance strategies for site equipment and activities.
• Oversee lubrication program, inspections, and replacements.
• Interpret predictive analysis results (vibration, ultrasound, infrared).
• Coordinate PM/PdM services and ensure timely execution.
• Coach maintenance technicians in advanced maintenance tools.
