Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of electrical experience with manufacturing equipment.
• 5 years of mechanical experience with manufacturing equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting digital controls.
• Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills and be able to read specifications and prints.

Responsibilities

• Direct employees in installation and repair of electrical and mechanical systems in line with codes and blueprints.
• Schedule and assign daily maintenance tasks; ensure completion via work orders.
• Oversee calibration databases and equipment such as spark testers and line counters.
• Direct outside contractors in installation of machines following codes and blueprints.
• Lead and support lean manufacturing initiatives and troubleshooting efforts.
