Job summary

Southwire Company, LLC, a leading North American wire and cable producer, seeks a Director of Center of Excellence Maintenance to drive asset reliability and safety across our plants. You will lead a 10+ person reliability team and report to Operations leadership, aligning maintenance with strategic goals.

You will implement the Reliability and Maintainability Roadmap, develop KPI dashboards, and collaborate with engineering, operations and IT to deploy predictive analytics and standardized best

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 8–11 years in maintenance leadership/supervision and industrial manufacturing.
CMRP, CMM or CRE preferred certifications.
Experience leading reliability and maintenance teams in a large manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

Lead adoption of Reliability and Maintainability Roadmap to drive asset effectiveness.
Direct a team of reliability resources and predictive analysts using remote monitoring and AI for issue detection.
Develop KPIs and report asset performance to Operations leadership.
