Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field.
• 5-7 years of maintenance supervisory experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing.
• CMRP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance organization and PLT for corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Drive reliability and maintainability roadmap progress.
• Interface with contractors for project work.
• Develop reports on KPIs and ensure safety policies.
