Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. is seeking a Reliability Engineer for our Tilden site to strengthen proactive maintenance by emphasizing predictive, preventative, and condition-based maintenance. The role supports operations through data-driven improvements and rigorous maintenance practices.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, proficiency with MS Office, and 2–10 years of mechanical engineering experience, preferably in mining or mineral processing.

Qualifikationen

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Oversee portions of the predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
• Develop or improve inspection and maintenance routes and intervals.
• Initiate work orders to plan and schedule repairs.
• Monitor equipment downtime and perform Pareto analysis to identify improvements.
• Develop life cycle cost reports and ad hoc analyses for improvement opportunities.
• Perform reliability-based training for operations and maintenance teams.
