Job summary
Kerry seeks a Reliability Engineer for its US manufacturing operations to lead initiatives that improve equipment performance, minimize downtime, and maximize asset reliability.
You will apply 5–10 years of reliability engineering experience in industrial environments, focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance, RC/Maintenance strategies, and data-driven improvements across facilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 5–10 years of reliability engineering, maintenance engineering, or asset management in manufacturing.
- Experience in food & beverage, chemical processing, pharma or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of RCM, RCA, FMEA, preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Experience with CMMS, preferably SAP PM.
- CMRP certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead investigations into equipment and process failures using RCM, RCA, FMEA, and related methods.
- Develop and implement sustainable corrective actions to eliminate recurring failures.
- Analyze equipment history and failure data to identify trends and drive improvements.
- Design and improve preventive maintenance programs based on criticality and history.
- Monitor KPIs like MTBF, MTTR, and downtime trends; drive reliability improvements.
