Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Reliability Engineer to act as the site’s technical authority on asset reliability, driving preventive and predictive maintenance to improve uptime, safety, and maintenance effectiveness across the plant.

You will lead reliability improvement initiatives, utilize SAP CMMS for data management, and collaborate with maintenance, production, and safety teams to optimize performance and maintain standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Proven experience in reliability engineering and asset management.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain preventive/predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability and availability.
• Serve as site reliability SME, coaching planners/technicians.
• Lead RCA, FMEA, and bad actor programs to eliminate chronic issues.
