Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead RCM programs, perform root cause analysis, and drive CMMS-based maintenance optimization at our Princeton/Lawrence, NJ site. You will manage predictive maintenance tasks, CBM initiatives, and support 5-year capital planning.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance reliability, a mechanical/electrical background, and hands-on experience with rotating equipment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related maintenance reliability engineering experience.
• Mechanical background with knowledge of moving/rotating equipment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Princeton/Lawrence, NJ.

Responsabilités

• Maintain CMMS records and plans for equipment and failure history.
• Provide asset assessments to support 5-year capital planning.
• Create and manage preventive maintenance tasks for optimization.
• Design and manage condition-based maintenance (CBM).
• Lead root cause analysis and reporting of significant failures.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to share best practices.
• Identify and investigate new reliability technologies.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Planning groups.
