Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Princeton, NJ seeks a Reliability Engineer to lead RCM, PM, and CBM initiatives on-site. You will manage CMMS records, analyze failures, and drive continuous improvements across maintenance processes.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance reliability or project engineering, with a mechanical background and the ability to read technical manuals. On-site position with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related maintenance reliability engineering experience or project engineering.
• Initiative to get things done with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn with a mechanical background (automotive, electrical, and/or mechanical)
• The understanding of moving and rotating equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, etc., from an operations and maintenance perspective (mechanically and electrically)

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate records/plans within CMMS related to equipment, specifications data, BOM, failure history, etc.
• Provides prioritized asset assessments that support 5 year capital financial planning
• Equipment preventative maintenance (PM) task creation and management for continuous improvement and PM optimization
• Design and manage condition based maintenance (CBM) program
• Proven ability to read, comprehend and apply information from technical manuals and other reference materials
• Identify and manage system of continuous improvement to ensure resolution to chronic 'bad actor' equipment
• Work closely with the maintenance planners on the creation of equipment repair best practices
• Investigate new technologies for reliability improvements
• Analyze significant failures to determine the root cause and generates root cause reports
• Insure equipment history is maintained and analyzed for future trends
• Actively collaborate with Maintenance and Planning groups
