J&J Worldwide Services seeks an experienced RCM Manager to lead a reliability team and drive condition monitoring programs for critical equipment. You will guide data-driven analyses across vibration, thermography, ultrasound, and other CM tools to identify failures and optimize asset performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and continuous improvement, with collaboration across cross-functional teams and external vendors to implement preventive maintenance strategies.

Qualifications

• 4 years hands-on experience in condition monitoring or reliability engineering.
• 3 years’ experience with Vibration Analysis, Ultrasound, and Infrared Thermography.
• Nondestructive Testing ASNT Level 3 Certification in CM specialty.
• Nondestructive Testing ASNT Level 2 Certification in CM specialty.
• ISO Category 2 for Vibration Analysis (ISO).

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor reliability analysts; guide best practices and technical skills development.
• Develop and implement condition monitoring programs for assets.
• Use vibration, thermography, ultrasound to assess component integrity.
• Interpret data to identify trends, anomalies and potential failures.
• Collaborate with teams to prioritize maintenance and reduce downtime.
• Conduct root cause analyses and develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive RCM initiatives and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Stay updated on industry advances and new technologies.
• Deliver training to reliability teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors and external experts as needed.
• Develop procedures and establish acceptance criteria where needed.
