Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Junior Reliability Engineer in Rosemead, CA. The role focuses on optimizing building systems and infrastructure through data-driven maintenance planning and RCFA-driven improvements.

You will work with maintenance teams to enhance asset reliability and efficiency. The position requires a mechanical or electrical engineering background, CMMS proficiency, and experience with predictive maintenance technologies including vibration and infrared

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred).
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to read technical manuals and prepare reports.
• Proficiency with CMMS software and building automation/energy management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders, assets, and CMMS documentation from triage to planning.
• Develop and optimize preventive maintenance tasks using RCA and RCM principles.
• Plan condition-based maintenance using vibration, infrared, ultrasound, and motor current analyses.
