Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM).
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies across HVAC, chillers, boilers, and air systems.
• Experience with root cause analysis methodologies (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA).
• Familiarity with predictive technologies: vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track KPIs related to equipment reliability (MTBF, planned vs unplanned work).
• Administer Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs including infrared thermography and vibration analysis.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams, leadership, and clients to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Create dashboards with BI tools to visualize maintenance performance.
• Document maintenance activities and contractor work.
• Support condition-based strategies for critical assets to improve uptime.
