Job summary

Ecobat is seeking a Reliability Engineer to identify and manage asset reliability risks across plant operations. You will collaborate with Project Engineering to ensure reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations, while adhering to LCAM throughout asset life cycles.

You will develop and refine an Asset Maintenance Plan with preventive and predictive maintenance, support design and commissioning, and contribute to risk management plans to minimize downtime and costs.

Qualifications

• BSME, BSCHE, BSEE, BSIE or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in heavy manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/Inventor.
• Strong project management skillset.
• Able to lead without direct reporting responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage asset reliability risks that could affect plant operations.
• Collaborate with Project Engineering to ensure reliability/maintainability of new and modified installations.
• Develop and manage Asset Maintenance Plan with preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Develop acceptance tests and inspection criteria for installations.
• Support production/maintenance management with technical expertise.
• Apply data-analysis methods (Lean, SPC, reliability modeling) to improve OEE and remaining useful life.
• Lead ROI calculations for asset upgrades and capital projects.
• Ensure ISO/quality documentation and SOPs are met.
