Insight Global is seeking a Reliability Engineer to drive asset reliability, maintainability, and safety across the facility in alignment with PSM standards. You will design, maintain, and improve assets using CAD tools and lead maintenance strategies to optimize downtime while protecting personnel and the environment.

You will perform RCFA, lead predictive and preventive programs, develop reliability dashboards, support MOC, PHA, and LOPA reviews, and mentor technicians.

Competenze

• Degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with FMEA, RCM and root-cause analysis.
• Strong knowledge of PSM mechanical integrity requirements.
• Ability to interpret downtime data and MTBF/MTTR trends.
• Knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119.
• Ability to read and create mechanical drawings.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting skills.
• Project management of reliability initiatives.

• Develop and implement equipment reliability strategies to improve OEE.
• Lead RCFA and corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Manage predictive and preventive maintenance programs including vibration and thermography.
• Analyze downtime trends to identify MTBF/MTTR improvements.
• Support MOC, PHA, and LOPA reviews to mitigate risks.
• Design machine modifications using CAD and produce drawings.
• Lead small to mid-sized equipment improvement projects.
• Develop reliability dashboards and training materials for maintenance staff.
