Job summary

Form Energy is hiring an Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Maintenance team at the Weirton, WV facility. You will supervise technicians, drive reliability, and coordinate with engineering and operations to keep production running at high uptime. Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environments, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience leading maintenance technicians in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance.
• Experience using CMMS such as MaintainX, SAP, Maximo, or similar.
• Ability to prioritize work and drive uptime while minimizing downtime.
• Experience planning maintenance activities including shutdowns and upgrades.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations including LOTO, NFPA70E, OSHA, machine guarding.
• Experience supporting equipment installations, commissioning, and ramp-ups is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coach/mentor.
• Ability to analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop: supervise, coach, and mentor maintenance technicians with safety and continuous improvement.
• Drive Equipment Reliability: plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Troubleshoot & Improve: conduct root cause analysis and implement actions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate Operations: partner with Production, Engineering, Reliability, and Controls to prioritize work and support commissioning.
• Manage Maintenance Execution: ensure work orders, labor, parts usage, and asset history in the CMMS.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements including LOTO and NFPA 70E.
