Job summary

Form Energy is seeking a hands-on Equipment Maintenance professional to join our Weirton, WV team. You’ll work with Operations to design, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, with relocation assistance available.

The role focuses on reliability, maintenance optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate has a Mechanical Engineering background, RCA experience, and strong diagnostics across industrial equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and experience supporting industrial equipment.
• Experience applying reliability engineering principles and RCAs.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting across rotating equipment, conveyors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Develop reliability strategies to improve equipment uptime and asset performance.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to eliminate failures.
• Design and optimize preventive/predictive maintenance strategies.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering to troubleshoot issues.
• Support equipment modifications, installations, and improvements for safety and long-term reliability.
• Analyze equipment metrics and propose solutions to boost productivity and reduce downtime.
