Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Mechanical, Electrical/Controls, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent with manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment with hands-on equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience reading/creating mechanical drawings and using CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve reliability of manufacturing equipment through analysis and improvements.
• Investigate failures, root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance, electrical, controls, and production teams to resolve issues.
• Develop drawings, modifications, and documentation for equipment upgrades.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance to extend equipment lifecycle.
