Job summary

Atlas Roofing Corporation in Franklin, OH seeks a Reliability Engineer to improve asset performance at our Franklin, OH and Clinton, IA facilities. You will drive ARMOR initiatives to enhance maintenance and reliability.

You will analyze failures, lead FMEA/RCA, and develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans while collaborating with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams. Travel up to 50% to Clinton, IA is required.

Qualifications

Knowledge of reliability tools such as FMEA, RCA, RCM and Weibull Analysis.
Experience with CMMS such as eMaint, SAP or Maximo.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with change management and new process deployment.
Certification in reliability (CRE, CMRP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Sustain and improve asset reliability and maintainability across Franklin, OH and Clinton, IA facilities.
Lead FMEA, RCA, and risk assessments to identify systemic issues.
Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans with TPM practices.
Analyze performance data and KPIs to reduce downtime and costs.
Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.
Support CMMS data quality and spare parts strategies.
Provide training on reliability tools and best practices.
