Qualifications

• Five years of manufacturing experience with increasing responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.
• Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Improve reliability and KPI performance in manufacturing processes.
• Develop and sustain production processes with performance management.
• Maintain documentation and track product performance issues.
• Control inventory of production materials.
• Coordinate maintenance downtimes and scheduling.
• Ensure orders meet specifications and on-time delivery.
• Lead safety, quality, and efficiency in daily production.
• Collaborate with Union leadership on employee relations.
