Job summary

Atlas Roofing Web Technologies in Franklin, Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead capital projects, ensure equipment reliability, and drive safety and compliance across the plant. The role requires a mechanical/manufacturing engineering background and a Professional Engineer license.

You will oversee project scope, budget, and schedules, manage teams and contractors, and partner with management to improve profitability while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in paper manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital projects from scope to budget and schedule.
• Ensure safety, compliance and reliability of equipment.
• Lead plant department teams and coordinate contractors.
• Develop cost estimates for capital improvements.
• Maintain processes and improve plant profitability.
• Communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
