Job summary

Autoneum provides global leadership in acoustic and thermal management for light and commercial vehicles. We seek a Reliability Engineer to ensure equipment and processes operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime, identifying failures and improving maintenance strategies.

The role focuses on monitoring performance, performing RCFA, developing reliability tools, and reporting KPIs to drive asset life and reliability across manufacturing plants.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/ electrical/ industrial engineering or related field.
  • 3–5+ years in reliability/maintenance engineering or asset management.
  • Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance, FMEA and RCA.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance and reliability.
  • Conduct RCFA for equipment failures.
  • Develop preventive and predictive reliability tools and KPI reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Support maintenance and operations in troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Participate in risk assessments such as FMEA.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
