Qualifications

• : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• : 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
• : Strong understanding of reliability methodologies and tools (e.g., FMEA, RCA, RCM, Weibull analysis).
• : Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation to identify trends and predict failures.
• : Experience with CMMS/EAM systems and their application in maintenance and reliability programs.

Responsibilities

• : Develop and implement reliability strategies for manufacturing equipment.
• : Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recurring issues.
• : Lead Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) sessions to identify potential failure points.
• : Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve asset uptime.
• : Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
