Job summary

Perrigo Company plc is seeking a Reliability Engineer to strengthen asset performance, reliability, and maintenance across our site. You will provide technical leadership in reliability engineering, predictive maintenance, and failure elimination while partnering with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and EHS teams to improve uptime and reduce costs.

You will lead initiatives for manufacturing, utilities, and processing assets, ensure compliance with Perrigo Work Standards and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
Minimum 5 years in reliability/maintenance in manufacturing.
Experience in FDA-regulated/pharma/GMP environments preferred.
Experience with predictive maintenance technologies and condition monitoring.
CMMS/SAP PM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead reliability initiatives across manufacturing, utilities, warehouse, and processing assets.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies based on asset criticality.
Perform defect elimination and improve equipment uptime.
Analyze data to identify failure modes and opportunities for improvement.
Support equipment changes, capital projects, and MOC activities.
Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and EHS.
