Job summary

freshexpress is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to oversee repairs, replacements and modifications of processing, packaging and facility equipment. The role emphasizes quality, efficiency, and coordination with production teams.

You will drive preventive maintenance, track KPIs, manage work orders, and lead improvement projects. Strong PLC troubleshooting, electrical/mechanical skills and bilingual ability are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with technical coursework.
• 5–10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to troubleshoot PLC controls (Allen-Bradley/GE).
• Proficiency with preventive maintenance programs and records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all maintenance activities and repairs for processing equipment.
• Maintain Preventive Maintenance program and KPIs.
• Communicate with Production and Maintenance departments.
• Plan parts availability with Inventory stock room.
• Lead improvement projects and manage PM cycles.
