Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years manufacturing experience in meat, poultry, or USDA regulated facility preferred.
• Certification in reliability engineering or maintenance management.
• Proficient in ERP and statistical analysis tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot operation and equipment to maximize asset life and reliability.
• Conduct failure analyses to prevent recurrence and drive CAPA improvements.
• Develop and oversee preventative maintenance programs.
• Apply predictive maintenance to identify abnormalities and actions.
• Lead root cause analyses for equipment failures.
• Oversee spare parts inventory management.
• Lead and mentor maintenance technicians.
• Monitor KPIs for reliability and downtime reduction.
