Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking an Associate Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance and reliability for a facility, taking a hands-on leadership role with technicians on the shop floor.

You will partner with senior leadership to deliver the facilities maintenance roadmap, motivate the team, and drive operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. This is a on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ, with opportunities to impact a growing global meal-kit leader.

Qualifications

• 0–2+ years’ experience managing facilities maintenance/operations in Food/Beverage/Perishables/Distribution
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance processes including automation and manufacturing equipment, electrical, refrigeration, building and grounds upkeep
• Motivate, coach and lead a team of technicians on the shop floor
• Manage external vendors and schedule planned and unplanned repairs
• Ensure compliance with maintenance regulations and safety standards
• Maintain an approved list of contractors for emergency repairs
• Identify problems and brainstorm improvement ideas for the fulfillment center
