Job summary

Ultra is seeking a reliability engineer to run the reliability program for robots deployed in warehouses. You will own triage, assignment, fixes and verification of field problems, from bench to production line, with hands-on debugging across software, firmware, electrical hardware and networking.

You will read schematics, build test rigs, and apply structured reliability methods while teaching them to others.

Qualifications

• Experience with electromechanical systems integration and reliability methods.
• Ability to lead technical programs and own fault trees and actions.
• Hands-on debugging across software, firmware, hardware and networking.

Responsibilities

• Run reliability program for robots in warehouses; triage, assign, fix and verify field problems.
• Build test rigs and read schematics; apply DFMEA and document root causes.
